i found an underground shopping center right at the hotel (it had knock-off purses). i got t-shirts and souvenirs there. the subway was right there too.

the location is unbeatable. I could easily walk to myeongdong and the lotte departmental store. the staff provided excellent service, always being attentive and helpful (i particularly appreciated their smiles). the hotel maintains perfect cleanliness and my bed offered great comfort.
i found that some of the furnishings look a little outdated, so a small refresh would be welcome.

the hotel boasts proximity to city hall, myeongdong, and gwanghwamun. i had a beautiful view of the hwangudan alter from my room. the night market and lotte mall are next door and cheonggyecheon stream is within walking distance.

the beautiful king room included comfortable bedding. there were convenient 110v american outlets available. the management supplied complimentary water bottles and a coffee and tea maker. rooms were cleaned daily, maintaining a fresh environment.

staff members are readily available to assist guests. the front desk ensured a smooth check-in. they provided prompt assistance with requests. i observed the staff's diligence in maintaining high service standards.

the hotel has the aria buffet, it is a popular choice among locals, especially on weekends. i noticed diverse selections offered at breakfast. the pastries looked delicious (i regret not trying them!). the restaurant staff was attentive and efficient.
